Mission, Values, & vision

What do we value as a community? Who do we strive to become? Why do we do what we do? The answers to these questions are our mission, values, and vision. This deeper part of our identity is why we stay at Holy Comforter. It’s what we invest our time and resources into. It’s at the heart of all we do, and it is what will guide us into the future.

Our MISSION is that of the Episcopal Church - to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ. 

Our VALUES, which came out of a parish survey, are at the heart of how we live into our mission each day. Our members value their faith in Christ, weekly worship, inclusivity, lifelong learning, the contributions of every member, children and youth, and being engaged in the community. 

Our VISION for a shared future includes statements about each of our values, and what we strive for in each area as a community of faith.
